John Walters
John joined tbi in 1985 and was appointed as a partner in 1988.

John now heads tbi's corporate department which is based in tbi's Wynyard Park Office. The department continues to develop in accordance with John's commitment to the firm's business clientele. Legal 500 recognises this by reporting that tbi delivers "a first class and responsive service".

John has particular expertise in transactional work including management buy outs, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital projects. He has also been extensively involved in re-structuring groups of companies to produce leaner more tax efficient organisations more suited to the needs of their managers and shareholders.

Nik Tunley
Nik qualified as a solicitor in September 2004 after successfully completing his training contract with tbi and being offered a position in tbi's Business Law team.

He now works with John Walters in tbi's corporate department based in Wynyard Park where he deals with a wide range of corporate matters including private company disposals and acquisition and business disposals and acquisitions.
