Joan Casson
Joan is a legal assistant specialising in employment law. Joan was admitted to the bar in the State of Indiana, U.S.A. in 1987 and relocated to the UK in 1991. She has specialised in UK employment law since 1995.
Joan has advised employees and workers at Citizens Advice Bureaux from the Northeast to the Southwest of England. Joan joined tbi in 1998 and has since advised employers on the whole range of employment law issues which concern them. She has represented both employees and employers at Employment Tribunals over the years.
Joan's varied experience gives her a valuable insight into the issues which are important to employees as well as employers and can help make your employment strategies more effective.
Joan's spare time these days is devoted to renovating a derelict lodge in County Durham.
