Recent client stories

Sale of a deceased estate

Tilly Bailey & Irvine worked alongside Wisemove Land and Property Consultants in the sale of a deceased estate, whereby the beneficiary had been bequeathed unregistered property and land, for which Wisemove assisted in the obtaining of planning consent for 4 detached dwelling houses.  The beneficiary and trustee had no prior experience of a sale of property and Tilly Bailey & Irvine "held the hand", through the latter stages of probate matters  and to the point where the sale of the land became unencumbered. The sale was handled effortlessly and commendations were received from the delighted vendors, who were kept informed at every turn.

Opportunity to buy a vacant industrial estate

Two years ago Tilly Bailey & Irvine were introduced to a new client who had an opportunity to buy a vacant industrial estate, if we moved quickly. Tilly Bailey & Irvine travelled to London with the client the following day and exchanged contracts - since then the estate has been fully let and a strip of vacant land along the boundary has been sold for a price exceeding the original purchase price.
