Whether you are a sole trader looking at a plot of land for one or two houses or a large developer looking at a site for a multi-million pound development Tilly Bailey & Irvine can help you secure the land.
Don’t run the risk of the seller deciding to increase the asking price or sell the land to a third party. An option agreement gives you the protection to enable you to make a planning application and to carry out a full assessment into the viability of your proposals whilst placing an obligation on the seller to sell the land to you as agreed.
Alternatively we can look at and help with conditional contracts with clauses to cover specific instances such as;
- the obtaining of planning consent
- a ground investigation survey
- an environmental impact assessment
- a liquor licence or
- suitable access
