If you are interested in a particular property, tbi will obtain the legal package and will report to you on the legal issues and implications arising from the documentation supplied. tbi will advise you on any particular issues which may affect your decision to purchase the property or the price which you are prepared to pay.

If you have a property to sell at auction, tbi will prepare a comprehensive package to be supplied to potential bidders. tbi will ensure that the legal package contains all the information which a prudent purchaser would need to see and will deal with any additional enquiries raised by potential bidders.

tbi will also attend auctions to act on behalf of both sellers and bidders if requested to do.
