Marta Studholme, qualified in 2005 after becoming Masters of law from the University of Durham and has practiced commercial litigation ever since.
Her dispute resolution work has encompassed contracts, intellectual property, tort, property and employment. Marta is also fluent in Polish, and has previously represented a number of clients from the growing Polish community in Teesside and Poland.
Prior to becoming a solicitor Marta worked as a lecturer for the University of Cambridge based in Warsaw, working with a number of Polish universities, as well as ones in Prague and Sofia. She lectured upon a range of subjects including European law, International Contract law, INCOTERMS, as well as more traditional subjects.
Marta lived in Teesside since 1996 and enjoys being a mum to two young boys. She is also a keen golfer, and runner and a qualified scuba diver.
