Sara graduated from Leeds university with a 2:1 Law Degree in 1999 and studied for her LPC at the College of Law in York where she obtained a distinction.

Sara joined tbi in 2000 where she completed her training contract before becoming a permanent member of the Commercial Property team in 2002.

Sara deals with all types of commercial property transactions with a particular expertise in drafting 'complex' property documentation such as conditional contracts, options and overage agreements.

Sara also deals with numerous lease transactions as well as the more straight forward sales and purchases. Sara is also experienced in acting for SSASs and SIPPs in acquiring and dealing with properties which form part of a pension fund's investments.

Sara has two young boys which occupy the majority of her spare time. Sara enjoys spending time caravanning with her family. This usually involves a large amount of walking, cycling and other outdoor pursuits.
