HIPS - Home Information Packs

HIPS - Home Information Packs
From 1st June 2007 new regulations come into force which significantly alter the process of buying and selling property in the UK.
Anybody selling their home will be required to provide a Home Information Pack (HIP) before it can be marketed for sale. - For more information on Home Information packs - click here.
