As a sectioned patient you have a legal right to appeal to the Mental Health Review Tribunal for your discharge.

At Tilly Bailey & Irvine we have an experienced Specialist Mental Health Lawyer who is a member of the Law Society's Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel.

We can represent you at your Tribunal or merely provide advice and assistance regarding your stay in hospital and the treatment you are receiving.
