Cherie McBean joined Tilly Bailey & Irvine in 2017 and is currently offering clients a helping hand when it comes to Commercial Disputes.
Within our Commercial Disputes Department, based in our Wynyard office, Cherie will be assisting on a wide range of matters including debt recovery, contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, property litigation, and general commercial disputes.
Prior to commencing the Period of Recognised Training, Cherie had risen through the ranks from Float Secretary to Conveyancing Executive within our fast-paced Hartlepool-based Residential Conveyancing Department.
During her time as a Conveyancing Executive, Cherie was responsible for all aspects of purchases, sales, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, leasehold properties, buy-to-let, help-to-buy schemes and more for individuals and businesses alike.
Currently studying for a Masters and LPC at the University of Law, Cherie is also an amateur cake baker and cake decorator in her spare time.
