Experience and Expertise:

I am a property lawyer with over 20 years of experience acting for individuals, companies and lenders in a range of transactional real estate matters. These include commercial property sales and purchases and re-financing transactions. I act for investor clients in single and multi unit acquisitions and disposals.

I am also a Notary Public, a qualified lawyer, appointed by the Archbishop of Canterbury. I am a member of the Notaries Society. I deal with the authentication and certification of signatures, authority, capacity and events relating to documents for use around the world. This includes international trade and business, the sale and purchase of property, powers of attorney and working/studying/marrying abroad. I can also deal with the legalisation of documents at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, embassies and consulates where necessary.

Career Highlights:

As a Notary Public, compiling over 150 wide ranging notarial certifications for 24 jurisdictions worldwide during an international joint venture agreement. Given the global nature of the project and the multiple time zones involved, managing the completion of different sections of the notarial work under significant time pressures was challenging to say the least!
