Georgia Wilkinson is a trainee Solicitor and Assistant Crown Court Litigator at Tilly Bailey & Irvine, working in the Criminal Law department.

In Criminal cases, it is Georgia who is preparing cases and assisting counsel at crown court.

She is experienced in all areas of Criminal Law, regularly attending Crown Courts with Defence Counsel and the Magistrates Court with Solicitor Advocates.

Georgia has litigated on various cases with a wide range of offences including manslaughter, sexual offences, domestic violence, robbery, and conspiracy to supply drugs, production of drugs, dishonesty and fraud, tax evasion, burglary, public order and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

She is on hand to provide advice, assistance and representation to clients at Police Stations who are either in custody or have been asked to attend on a voluntary basis.

The Northumbria University LLB Law graduate also represents clients at various job centres in respect of benefit fraud.
