We have vacancies in our Hartlepool office as our Conveyancing department continues to grow.
You will be skilled in providing administrative support to a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Senior Conveyancing Executive and be capable of using a high degree of self-management and initiative.
Main Duties include:
Attending to clients on the phone, by email and in person whilst presenting a professional and friendly image inkeeping with the Firm's standards of client care.
- Review incoming post and ensure the Fee Earner is aware of matters to be addressed.
- Assist in providing updates to clients, solicitors and estate agents.
- Update referrers using electronic spreadsheets and portals.
- Prepare Stamp Duty Land Transaction returns.
- Prepare standard letters and emails.
- Ensure documents are saved to the client file in accordance with departmental procedures and files are kept up to date on a daily basis.
You should ideally have:
- Experience of working in a conveyancing environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- An ability to work to strict deadlines.
