As we continue to grow and expand we are looking to strengthen our HR team due to an upcoming retirement. We have an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with experience of working within the legal or professional services sector to join our busy and friendly HR team.
This is a HR generalist role and you will need to be comfortable working in all areas of HR where no two days are the same. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, contract changes, leaver processes, employee engagement, holiday and pay administration and assisting with day to day support to Partners, Heads of Department and colleagues.
You should have experience of supporting disciplinary and performance management processes and be confident in supporting all areas of the business under the guidance and support of the HR Manager.
Experience of working with HR systems, payroll and recrtuiment tracking would be a great advantage.
The role is preferably full-time, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm although consideration will be given to 4 days as a minimum.
