As we continue to grow and expand we are looking to strengthen our HR team and have an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with experience of working within the legal or professional services sector.
This is a HR generalist role and you will need to be comfortable in working in all areas of HR from recruitment, onboarding, contract changes, leaver processes, employee engagement, holiday and pay administration and assisting with day to day support to Partners, Heads of Department and colleagues.
You should have experience of supporting disciplinary and performance management processes and be confident in supporting all areas of the business under the guidance and support of the Head of Human Resources.
