Residential Conveyancing - Fee Earner

Tilly Bailey & Irvine LLP is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our busy and growing Residential Conveyancing team in Sunderland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters while providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other property transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
• Providing regular updates to clients and referrers
• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team
• Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office
