Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors explain how the current global pandemic does not stop you from looking after your assets.
Again in most circumstances we can still assist our clients using the same methods as making your will or Family Trust, those being telephone, email or video calls through various websites or software available.
By making a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) you are able to choose who has the responsibility of looking after your affairs if you were to become incapable of doing so yourself.

A will operates only after death but in this day and age, it is a wise precaution to have appointed attorneys that you trust to make important decisions and take important actions on your behalf should the need arise.
