Update: Coronavirus (27/03/2020)

Now, more than ever, it is important to know about good news. Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors is continuing to support clients and we are committed to doing so throughout this time of uncertainty.

Although we cannot meet you face to face, our technology enables us to deal with legal matters remotely. We are available to assist you with all new enquiries and we are progressing our current clients’ matters across all areas of the practice, including Wills, Probate, and Trusts, Family Law,  Divorce and  Child Arrangements, Corporate, Commercial and Business Law, Insolvency and Dispute Resolution, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Real estate, Conveyancing and Employment Law.

We have had to make some adjustments to our working processes during this period. Guidance changes every day and we are alert to the changes to ensure the safety of our clients and employees and the wider public.

Our departments are progressing transactions remotely and we are pleased to say that it remains business as usual. The important thing during this time is to realise that this crisis is temporary. Things will get back to normal and when they do so, we will be in a position to react quickly for and with our clients.

During this hard time, we ask that you be patient as matters may take a little longer in these circumstances but we are confident that your matters will be dealt with in our usual manner.

You will have heard that some solicitors are closed and obviously, this will have an effect on some transactions where you have lawyers on both sides.

To summarise, please do not be concerned and instead work with us so that when this period of uncertainty is over, things can get back to normal in a quick and sensible manner. We are here to help during these times but we recommend that you stay at home to avoid the risk of coronavirus spreading, and contact us via email or telephone on 0333 444 4422 if you do not have a direct contact handling your matter.
