Breach of Contract & Warranty Claims
If a supplier has not fulfilled its promises or contractual obligations or, indeed, you find yourself facing the same complaint from a customer, we can advise on whether there is a claim for a breach of contract.
These are often hotly contested disputes which go to the very heart of a business, be that its product or services. It involves a detailed examination of the terms which were agreed, which can often include detailed oral evidence if there is no written contract, as well looking at all the facts surrounding the performance of the contract. In most instances each party has differing views and interpretations of the factual position.
