Alex was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 1997 having studied at York and Teesside, and now holds the role as Senior Associate Solicitor with us in the Criminal Law department.
When it comes to experience you will certainly have this on your side, as Alex has worked in firms based in the North East of England for over 23 years and is well known in the criminal courts around the region.
He regularly appears in cases listed at Teesside Crown Court, and has dealt with almost every type of criminal offence you can imagine; from rape, murder, blackmail, firearms, robberies and serious drug or people smuggling cases, all the way to your petty crimes such as shoplifting and scuffles in the pub.
You are in safe, calm and assured hands with Alex whatever it may be. You can be confident you will receive excellent help and friendly support.
Outside work, Alex is a keen scuba diver and explores shipwrecks and reefs in the cold North Sea and abroad. Alex was a founding partner of a firm of Solicitors back in 2003, and we are now delighted to have him with us at Tilly Bailey & Irvine.
