Creating constitution for Materials Processing Institute and dealing with acquisition from Tata Steel of its R&D centre in Middlesbrough.
2017 - 'John Walters leads the practice at Tilly Bailey & Irvine which handles financing matters, transactions, commercial contracts, IP issues, insolvency mandates and restructurings for a predominantly Tees Valley-based client roster. Walters’ expertise lies in transactional issues, particularly MBOs, M&A transactions and venture capital investments.
