I am a Property lawyer, primarily Commercial, but also Residential, with over 40 years’ experience and during that period have been involved in virtually every type of Property transaction – you name it, I’ve done it!

The practice, which acts for lender and borrower clients, recently advised Svenska Handlesbanken on a facility for a flagship retail development in Northallerton, and handled several agriculture financing matters for national banks and specialist lenders.

Despite not wanting to be a Solicitor, it must have been in the blood – father and three uncles all solicitors
