Natalie Flounders has been with Tilly Bailey & Irvine since 2000 and assists clients with Family Law matters. Natalie is now an Associate at the firm having been admitted as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2008. Natalie gained her qualifications whilst working at the firm, obtaining her Diploma, from Distance learning and by attending various Colleges around the North East.
Natalie is a member of Resolution.
The Family Law department itself covers a wide range of clientele and cases and Natalie is available to assist clients, both private and legally aided.
In the past, Natalie assisted clients with domestic abuse cases and Private Law Children matters and as an example of one of her successes, she represented a client whose case appeared at the Court of Appeal in 2014. The outcome of the case was positive in favour of her client, with the Court’s original decision in her client’s favour being upheld.
Natalie now focuses on all areas of Public Law, with a focus on assisting parents and other family members, involved in Care Proceedings and with Local Authorities.
Natalie recognises that families involved in such difficult circumstances, require a sensitive and patient approach, support and good, clear advice and guidance.
