Shamin has practised exclusively in family law since qualifying in 2005 and has worked in niche family law firms.
Having secured an advanced accreditation by the Law society in the area of financial remedies and private children she is acquaint in dealing with complex cases.
Examples of success include a High Court Case which would normally prove a technically difficult and challenging case; Shamin secured a child arrangement order for the client.
Shamin's expertise is dealing with an array of family law matters, some of which include advising in complex financial issues, business assets, pre-acquired matrimonial assets, inheritance, pre-nuptial/post nuptial agreements/separation and cohabitation agreements.
Shamin is very much a people person, however she would state her no-nonsense professional approach is favoured by her clients. Shamin is passionate about securing the best possible outcome for the client and works tirelessly to ensure that this is done.
