Stewart Haywood is a key member of Tilly Bailey & Irvine's Criminal Law department.
Now an Associate Solicitor at the firm, Stewart deals with a full range of court cases.
He has dealt with a wide variety of cases including homicide, sexual offences, conspiracy matters, white collar crime and motoring offences.
A trial advocate and youth court specialist, he remains a crucial piece of TBI's success in this sector across the region. Stewart is also a Police station accredited representative, Magistrates Court Duty Solicitor and Crown Court Advocate.
He has proven success, advising a client arrested for a complex allegation of theft/handling stolen goods and defending clients charged as part of large-scale fraud accusations.
Stewart once appeared on TV on an Alan Robson show and (accidentally) refused to say well done, but made up for it by playing cricket alongside and against a number of test match cricketers including Andrew Hall, Marcus North and Chris Martin....OWZAT!
