Commercial Property Solicitor

Due to the continued growth of our Commercial Property department, we are looking for a Solicitor with up to 3 years’ PQE to undertake commercial property transactions. You must have experience of working in Commercial Property and be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with commercial clients and a range of third parties to ensure the smooth management and completion of property matters.

The role is full time and will be based in our busy commercial office in Wynyard. Please see the attached job description for further details.

Residential Conveyancers

We are always looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers with an ability to manage their own busy caseload of residential sales and purchases including new build, part exchange, leasehold, buy to let, help to buy cases. Experience of working with estate agents’, builders’ and/or lenders’ panels would be an advantage. Our Residential Conveyancing team, based in Hartlepool is structured to provide excellent support to our Conveyancers to allow  them to provide the best levels of service for their clients. Whether you are a qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced Paralegal, we would love to hear from you.
