Commercial Litigation Solicitor or FCLEx (with around 2 to 5 years PQE) - Wynyard
The successful candidate will join a team headed by two Commercial Litigation Partners. This position will provide exposure to high quality, complex and varied work across the North of England and beyond, with regular client contact and business development opportunities. It is a great opportunity to develop your skillset in a supportive environment where you will be responsible for managing your own case load and assisting the partners on larger, more complex matters, which will include B2B contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, property litigation, construction and engineering disputes, contentious probate and defamation. There will be opportunities to specialise and develop a class-leading profile as the team grows.
Experienced Family Law Paralegals
We have two Family paralegal vacancies within our Family Law team. One vacancy will be based in Stockton and the other in Hartlepool. We are looking for candidates who can progress client matters efficiently and run their own caseloads with oversight from other fee earners. The successful candidates will have a keen interest in Family Law, primarily in domestic abuse, divorce and private law children matters and the job role will include advising clients, preparing applications, representing at hearings and a commitment to self-developing skills and knowledge in this area. We have a large Family Law team and an open door policy which means this is a great opportunity to join a team of Family law specialists who can share their wealth of experience.
